I have recently fallen in love with Queen of the Thrones castor oil packs, which you can tie on to move around or sleep in, and which require no heating pad!

Castor oil is the perfect medium to deepen the delivery of violet leaf’s medicine and has been clinically shown to reduce inflammation and stimulate immunity via the lymphatic system. We use organic castor oil.

Castor oil packs are famously supportive for deep and restful sleep.
