Asia harvesting St. John's Wort

Last year I had a number of profound experiences doing the guided meditations in the Intuitive Plant Medicine online course with herbalist and teacher Asia Suler.

I have a very hard time going on "journeys" or calling up visual inner experiences on my own, but every time I do a meditation spoken by a gifted guide- and Asia is my absolute favorite- amazing things happen that literally change my life's path.

In exchange for offering my Herbal Body Oiling eBook to participants in this course, I got free access to it. I probably wouldn't have signed up otherwise (even though I had realized the year before at the Spirit Weavers Gathering that Asia was a profoundly important teacher for me!), because I thought that since I'd been practicing herbalism for 10 years already and since I had a new baby that I didn't need to put my time and energy into learning things I probably already knew.

I was disabused of that faulty notion within minutes of signing in to my student portal when I realized that, though this course certainly teaches very practical things like medicine making, what it's really doing is opening the gateway to the inner self.

It's tapping into the imaginal, intuitive, intrinsic well of wisdom that lies within each of us.

It is here in these depths that real learning, real magic, and real healing happen.

This goes far beyond rote textbook learning, memorizing long lists of plant actions, and the deeply flawed "this for that" approach to herbal medicine.

The goals and aims of this course are in beautiful alignment with mine as a medicine maker, teacher, and podcaster, and I am very proud to be a contributor to it and very excited to share it with the ever-growing community of plant seekers who often write me looking for further education and experience.

I told Asia the story of my (very unexpected!) encounter with Angelica while doing her "Finding A Plant Ally" guided meditation when I interviewed her in Episode 4 of the Medicine Stories podcast, Multidimensional Plants & the Fabric of Consciousness.

Today I've released the newest episode (#15 already!) of the podcast, Intuitive Whispers: Deep Memory & Woven Fate, in which I share the story of a flower essence I made last year and what happened when I attuned to it using Asia's guidance in one of the other 11 phenomenal guided meditations that accompany the course (along with 16 videos, over 200 pages of full color PDFs, exploratory exercises, and tons of bonus content from other herbalists- including a number of past podcast guests!).

Asia's soul inspiring course starts on Beltane, May 1st, and there's a free video mini course called Opening Earth Intuition that you can check out first see if it's right for you.

I can't wait to take this course again, and I hope you'll join me (soon, because registration is only open for another two weeks or so)!
