Pure As The Driven Snow

If there is one theme that has subtly dominated my life- and my shop- this past month, it's the color white. Just this morning I was liberated from a day and a half of being snowbound in the new little cottage in the woods outside of Nevada City, California that my husband has just finished building, and that we have lived in with our three year old daughter for about a week now. Even this new beginning is like a big, white, blank slate!

These are some images taken yesterday (we needed some sort of activity to get us out of the house!) as well as some of the items that have come through my shop in the last month that are pure, unadulterated white.
